Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Vaporo. This policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times. United States: Free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery is typically 7-15 business days from the date of dispatch.

International: A flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery is typically 10-20 business days, depending on destination and local carriers. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Customs, Duties and Taxes: For international orders outside the United States, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
