Refund policy

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or in like-new condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number). Items damaged through misuse or normal wear, or returned without authorization, may not qualify for a full refund.
How to Start a Return: Email our support team at mattypakai3@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with step-by-step instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as returns without authorization cannot be processed.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, at no extra charge to you.
Return Shipping: Unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable.
